We all know that modern life can sometimes make it hard to find time to cook, but nowadays this shouldn’t be a problem. There’s a lot of alternatives and solutions, and instant pot recipes are one of them.

This post is all about vegetarian instant pot recipes, but you don’t need to be vegetarian to try them out! Whether you have vegetarian guests, are vegetarian yourself, or simply want to try out something different; I highly recommend giving one (or many) of these recipes a go.
