Cranberry juice lends beautiful color and tartness while ginger beer adds fizz and spice. The vanilla vodka keeps things sweet and interesting.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
- 3 oz cranberry juice
- 3 oz ginger beer
- ½ lime juiced
- fresh cranberries lime wedge, and sprig of rosemary, for garnish (optional)

In a copper mug over ice, add the vodka, cranberry juice, ginger beer, and lime juice.
Garnish with fresh cranberries, a lime wedge, and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

I've never tried a Moscow Mule but yours looks so seducing that it's hard to resist even if you don't want an alcoholic drink. With rosemary as one of my favorite herbs you just can't go wrong.

Thanks for stopping by, Gabi! Moscow Mules are some of my favorite types of co*cktails. If you aren't in the mood for alcohol, I can tell you that some cranberry juice and ginger beer (with a sprig of rosemary for garnish!) makes a lovely mocktail.
