Do you have an age restriction for entry?
We are 21-and-over every hour, every day, no exceptions. All guests must have a valid ID for entry.
What is the cover typically?
Monday: $5

All cover charges are subject to change.
What time do you usually get busy?
We typically get busy by 9 PM on weeknights, 6:30 PM on Fridays and 7:30 PM on Saturdays. If there is a line at the door, it moves pretty fast.

Do I have to be there by the time show starts? Do I have to reserve a table to come to Howl?
No, you can arrive anytime as the show is continuous.
Seating is first come, first serve. We suggest buying tables if you want guaranteed seating.
How soon should I book my Table/Jump the Line package?
As soon as you know the date you are coming.
Can we purchase Table/Jump the Line packages the night of?
Yes, but it has to be before we open.
There are a bunch of us wanting to buy tables and sit together. Can you put us all in the same section?
Yes, but you can not push tables together.
How many people can fit at a table?
4 people.
If we won a Happy Hour can we reserve a table?
You can purchase a table for guaranteed seating if you would like.
Does everyone have to arrive by 8 PM?
You need 2 people per table by your contracted time.
Is there a food menu?
We have menus for Bahama Breeze and Hooters. Both can be picked up next door and brought over. Uno Pizzeria & Grill and Domino’s also deliver.
Is there a maximum or minimum number of Jump the Line packages you have to purchase?
No.
What if we are running late?
Call the club, but late fees may apply as it states in the contract.
What if I need to cancel my purchase?
You need to do so 3 days before per the contract. Depending on the situation we can make adjustments.
Is there parking available?
We have parking available in our parking lot behind the building. On the weekends, we have parking attendants that will show you additional parking lots for a $5 fee to park.
What if I am stuck in line after 8 PM, will I lose my table?
No.
Are Table Reservations available Sunday-Thursday?
Yes.
Is Howl at the Moon Orlando wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We provide a wheelchair accessible entrance, restroom and seating.
What are accepted forms of payment?
We accept cash, debit cards and the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and VISA.
Is there gratuity added to Table Reservations and Jump the Line packages?
No, we do not add gratuity to the group packages you purchase.
We have free admission passes, can they be applied to our payment?
Not for reservations.
Can we pay for a Table/Jump the Line package with cash or a Gift Card/Groupon/Living Social Offer?
We take all major credit cards to book packages. We do not accept cash or gift cards as payment for booking packages, but you can use these to pay for your drink tabs.
Do you offer military discounts?
Half-off entry.
